Today's date features some damn fine shows. Boise State, as mentioned earlier by HeLive is an outstanding choice, one of the best 83 shows out there. Augusta 79 also doesn't suck too much. But for my morning ride, I've decided to go with the 1980 show from Rochester.

http://www.archive.org/details/gd80-09-02.aud.skankweed.26458.sbeok.shnf

1 Minglewood Blues 07:30
2 Sugaree 13:44
3 El Paso 04:19
4 Friend Of The Devil 09:28
5 It's All Over Now 09:31
6 China Cat Sunflower > 05:57
7 I Know You Rider > 06:10
8 Lost Sailor -> 06:29
9 Saint Of Circumstance -> 06:08
10 Don't Ease Me In 03:21
11 Althea 10:52
12 C C Rider 07:12
13 Ship Of Fools 08:18
14 Estimated Prophet -> 12:14
15 Terrapin Station -> 13:02
16 Playin' In The Band > 11:14
17 Drums -> 01:22
18 Drums -> 05:01
19 Space -> 06:50
20 Jam -> 00:54
21 Iko Iko -> 07:38
22 Morning Dew -> 10:52
23 Sugar Magnolia 09:23
24 Alabama Getaway 05:43

Not only a fantastic show right from the start, but also one of the best AUD sources you'll find. Just exceptional sound, depth, seperation and no overwhelming crowd noise; just enough to give you that "I was there" feeling. Oh, yeah, the Sugaree will put you on your ass.

Well, go with Boise or this, you just can't go wrong. I guess I'll shift to Boise for the afternoon run, hate to leave anyone out.

I just love days like these.

thanx for the heads up on this one SDH
As previously stated, I also had a hard time picking out
one of "todays"; there's just too many damn good ones.
I particularly was impressed with Mickys playing through-
out the entire show. Man he was hot that night.
Another standout was Brent's 1st solo on Est. Proph. What
a perfect feel. And the crowd response through the entire
show is THE SHIT. If I didn't know better, I would have thought that this show was being held in an insane
asylum.

Hey Brother, I'm so sorry to hear about Spooky.
I shot you an e-mail a while back. Glad to see you have 2 new
kitty's. I know they can never take the place of the Spookster
but, animals do bring joy into our lives.
Hope all is well with you otherwise besides the muckety- muck
from the hook.
~Steve
